Polyurethane high density foam (PU) laminated with Polyester resins (PE) widely known as the most standard type of surfboard construction.

Polyurethane high density foam laminated with surf specific UV stabilized optical brightened epoxy resins.
EPS
Surfboard specific Expanded Styrofoam (EPS) either molded or in block form in combination with Wooden stringers,Rigid High Density foam (RHD) or Stringerless EPS core with carbon flex. These are laminated with surf specific UV stabilized optical brightened epoxy resins.
BIO/Green (Environmentally Friendly)
Green/Eco construction consisting of 25% recycled EPS and 75% virgin EPS foam with Entrophy plant based Bio sap epoxy resin
